Thanks to a contact from Carly Bird Weaves , we were able to score two new sewing machines. One is a Rex industrial blind stitch hemmer and the other is a beautiful old Singer treadle machine. We're picking them up on Sunday so there will be more updates on how they are after we get to play around with them. In the mean time, check out this video that shows how a blind stitch hemmer works.
